Sport Endorse are proud to support Paralympians

The political and financial landscape of the Olympics and Paralympics is a vast and complicated one. Currently, five of the 13 The Olympic Partner (TOP) sponsors, Atos, Panasonic, Samsung, Toyota and Visa, also serve as worldwide Paralympic partners, together with Allianz and BP, which have IPC-only deals. But at the heart of the Olympics and Paralympics are the athletes who work and sacrifice throughout their lives to pursue their dream of competing at this level.

With only 10 to 15 percent of para-athletes having representation, the majority of athletes don’t get any financial endorsements and are supported by a family member or do it themselves. There is still much to be done for these athletes.

Sport Endorse, a sports management agency based out of Dublin, tries to address this issue and have launched the Sport Endorse Platform which is designed to expand, streamline and elevate marketing opportunities & earning potential for elite sports athletes. The athletes can sign-up to this platform and apply to opportunities posted by the 200+ sponsors native to this platform.

Meet the Irish Paralympians that have opted-in and have a verified listing on the Sport Endorse Platform. You can watch them compete in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo on RTE in Ireland and Channel 4 in the UK from 24th August – 05 September.

“Paralympic athletes have incredible stories of overcoming the natural challenges of their disability, to then go on and not just overcome them, but become world-class athletes“ – Michael Johnson, 4 Time Olympic Champion
